FlipKey.gg is a product of FlipMyNFT LLC. This privacy policy describes what we collect when you use the site, why, and what your rights are. If you have any questions, see the contact section at the end.

What We Collect

When you use FlipKey.gg, we may collect the following information:

• Wallet address — provided when you connect a wallet, or when one is created for you as part of a purchase or claim flow
• Email address — when you provide it to buy, claim, or receive receipts, sign-in codes, or beta access passes
• Display name / nickname — if you choose to set one
• Payment details — card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata, and we never receive or store your full card number
• Platform identifiers (Steam ID, Epic Account ID, etc.) — only when you sign in to a third-party platform on a publisher redemption page; these identifiers are used solely to confirm the right account before key handoff
• Session data — authentication tokens to keep you logged in
• Purchase metadata — product, price, and timestamp of purchases through the marketplace utility
• Contact submissions — the name, email, and message you provide if you use our contact form

Beyond the above, we do not collect personal information such as your real name or physical address unless you explicitly provide it.

How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your identity and manage your session
• Display your wallet, on-chain receipts, and account history
• Enable marketplace features such as listing, purchasing, and redemption handoff
• Provide publishers and creators with anonymized attribution and payout information
• Respond to messages you send us through the contact form

Blockchain Data

Receipts, listings, and transaction data are read from public blockchains (currently Base). This data is publicly available on-chain and is not privately collected by us.

Third-Party Services

FlipKey.gg integrates with the following third-party services:

• Stripe — card payment processing; your card details go to Stripe, not to us
• Coinbase (Base Account / smart wallet) — for wallet creation and authentication
• Base — the public blockchain used for on-chain receipts and settlement to publishers
• Platform identity providers (Steam OpenID, Epic Account Services, etc.) — only used at the redemption step to confirm the right destination account
• Twitch / Discord / Kick — for optional creator giveaway or account-linking flows, and (Discord) to deliver contact-form messages to our team
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on checkout and claim forms
• Email delivery providers (Amazon SES / Resend) — transactional email such as receipts, sign-in codes, and invites

These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing each provider's policy for details on how they handle your data.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and to store user preferences. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or third-party advertising analytics.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to anyone. We will never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share aggregated, anonymized data with publishers (e.g., creator attribution share, sales summaries) for the purpose of running the marketplace utility.

Data Retention

Session data is retained only while your account is active; you can clear your session at any time by logging out. Purchase and refund records are retained as long as needed for refunds, fraud prevention, and legal and accounting obligations. Blockchain data is permanent and exists independently of our platform.

Children's Privacy

FlipKey.gg is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
